Refund & Return Policy

Welcome to The Laddoo Story. Your satisfaction matters to us. Since our products are freshly prepared and perishable in nature, please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Returns on Food Products
Due to the perishable nature of our products, including laddoos, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
A damaged product, or
An item different from what you ordered
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Refunds or Replacements
Once your request is reviewed and verified, The Laddoo Story may offer:
A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
A full or partial refund to your original payment method
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please email us at theladdoostory4@gmail.com with your order ID.
5. Exceptions
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in cases where:
An incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided by the customer.
Delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability.
Complaints are raised after 24 hours of delivery.
